SBC and the League of United Latin American Citizens helped "boot up" new computer equipment Wednesday at the YWCA center near 17th and Memorial.

The center was created with a portion of the SBC foundations $1-million excelerator technology grant.

The grant provides computers, software, high speed Internet access and trainging to Tulsa's hispanic community.
