New developments in the case of a Sand Springs woman accused of abducting her own daughter.

Tina Lambert's arraignment on a child stealing charge was scheduled for Monday, but the judge pushed back to April 18th. Prosecutors say Lambert does not have custody of eight year old Alyssa Henderson, but she took her anyway from a bus stop back in February.

A tip led Sand Springs Police to Lambert and Alyssa at an east Tulsa motel. Authorities say Lambert planned to take the child out of state.
