A Tulsa shooting leaves one brother dead, the other in the custody the Tulsa County Sheriff's Office.

Around noon Thursday, sheriffâ€™s deputies were called to a home in the 3500 block of West 57th Street. When they arrived, they found the victim dead inside the home from a gunshot wound to the chest.

The suspect told investigators he and his brother had gotten into an altercation and he shot him in self-defense.

The sheriff's office is still investigating.
