Tulsa Police have taken a material witness into custody.

The homicide in question occurred early Monday morning near 41st and Memorial.

Pedro Zepeda is being held without bail in the Tulsa County jail.

Ricardo Esparza was found dead inside an SUV early Monday morning. Arturo Martinez was found lying on a curb. Both men had been shot.

Police say Zepeda called Esparza and arranged to meet him, that night.

Investigators say the shootings may have been drug-related.
