32 year old Jeffery Smith is facing third degree arson charges, accused of setting five different fires near Skiatook.

Smith, and a juvenile, were arrested by Tulsa County Sheriff's deputies after witnesses saw them light several fires near Star Lake Cattle Ranch west of Skiatook.
