The investigation continues into the shooting death of a Tulsa Webster High School student.

15-year-old Richard Liggins died after he and a friend got into a tug of war with a gun they found along 50th Street North. The gun went off, hitting Liggins in the stomach.

The victim told police initially he was the victim of a drive-by shooting. But his friend came forward after he died and told police the shooting was an accident.
