NORMAN, Okla. (AP) _ A second day of jury selection is Tuesday in the murder trial of a man charged in the 1996 death of a University of Oklahoma dance student from Arkansas.

Anthony Sanchez is charged with first-degree murder, kidnapping, sodomy and rape in the death of Juli Busken of Benton, Arkansas.

About 120 potential jurors have been divided into groups of 15 and each group is being questioned behind closed doors by Judge William Hetherington and prosecution and defense attorneys. Hetherington says the jury candidates are being asked about pretrial publicity, the death penalty and any issues they might want to talk about privately.

Sanchez faces a possible death sentence if convicted.

The groups of potential jurors are to be questioned through Wednesday and potential jurors who aren't dismissed are to return Thursday morning to begin the final jury selection process.
