Oklahomans are getting sticker shock as they open their December utility bills with charges twice as much or more than last year.

An ONG spokesman says the company is being swamped with calls. Many customers heard nothing more than a busy signal.

ONG is hiring additional workers and adding telephone capacity to deal with all the calls.
