One person has been arrested after an apparent dope deal in midtown Tulsa early Monday morning.

Shortly before 1 AM, an officer tried to do a pedestrian check near Admiral and Sheridan. The suspect ran off and dropped a gun. Officers say he also threw away some drugs, but they could never find it.

A canine officer found the suspect in a nearby neighborhood. He faces firearms charges.
