One person was killed and another hospitalized when a car slammed into an east Tulsa apartment early Monday morning.

Police say 20-year-old Joey Smith crashed the car into a bedroom with two people inside. 23-year-old Sergio Jaramillo, was killed.

The other victim was pinned by the car, but survived with only a few scrapes.

When Tulsa Police officers got there, they say they found Smith sitting on the couch. He was arrested on complaints of first degree manslaughter and DUI.
