SEMINOLE, Okla. (AP) -- Cemetery workers digging a grave in Seminole discover the remains of a baby in a body bag.
Seminole County Undersheriff Hugh Doty says the baby is 1 or 2 years old, but its gender and identity are unknown. He says the baby has been decomposing for years.
Doty says a worker at the Sowatske Family Cemetery discovered the baby while preparing for a burial Monday.
The state Medical Examiner's Office found no signs of foul play.
Doty says authorities have interviewed caretakers and people with family buried there, but no one knows who the child is.
