The search has ended for a state prison inmate who escaped from the McIntosh County jail early Wednesday morning.

The Sheriff's office says 24 year old Juston Cox was arrested Wednesday evening by Oklahoma Highway Patrol. Cox was considered armed and dangerous. He is now back in the custody of the McIntosh County Sheriff's office.

He was in jail for possession of stolen property and a previous escape.
