New developments in the case of a missing Tulsa woman, who police say was murdered.

Tulsa Police arrested a 39-year-old suspect late Wednesday night, but have yet to find the body of Adriane Barker. They say the suspect confessed to the killing.

News on 6 reporter Emory Bryan says police have a suspect, a confession, but not the body.

Detectives investigating the disappearance of 26-year-old Adriane Barker made an arrest after finding a man who was seen with her. Three witnesses told police she was shot in the head by a man named Charles Ashworth.

He was found and arrested Wednesday on a complaint of first degree murder. Tulsa Police say Ashworth killed Barker at his house on 56th Street between Harvard and Yale. Adriane Barker was seen there December 8th. That's when police believe she was killed.

Police say Ashworth confessed and told them he shot Miss Barker and hid the body in the crawlspace of the house. He said someone he didn't know moved the body, which police have yet to find.

Tulsa Police say on the same day Ashworth killed Barker, he held another woman hostage 2 hours in the same house, but eventually let her go.

Tulsa Police are still tracking down leads through other witnesses who might be able to tell them where to find Barker's body.
