Two teenage suspects are in jail, and one man is dead following a fatal drive-by shooting in North Tulsa Monday morning.

More than a dozen shots were fired before the victim's car crashed into a tree near 42nd Street North and North Hartford. That victim is identified as Demetrius Terry. He was rushed to the hospital where he later died. Terry was shot four times.

18-year-old Robert Hankins is believed to be the gunman. He's been arrested on a first degree murder complaint. Hankins was arrested near the scene with a 14 and 16 year old. One of the teens was later released

A security guard spotted the suspects, boys he knew, running into an apartment complex. Kevin Keys: "It's just sad when you know these kids all through school, and you see this kinda stuff happen, it bothers you."

Detectives are still investigating what led to the shooting.
