OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) -- A 28-year-old Oklahoma City woman was killed when her sport utility vehicle overturned on an Interstate 40 exit ramp.
The Oklahoma Highway Patrol says Tamara Grayson was trying to exit onto Interstate 35 when she lost control of her Chevy Blazer Sunday. The vehicle overturned, ejecting her, and then landed on top of her.
The patrol reports Grayson was pinned under the vehicle for about an hour and was pronounced dead at the scene.
A passenger -- Tashara Cornish -- was treated and released for lacerations.
The patrol says neither woman was wearing their seat belt.
