A Broken Arrow school teacher has been jailed on drug charges.

Rebecca Meador turned herself in to Broken Arrow Police Monday afternoon. Her husband, Robert, was arrested last week.

Police found 45 marijuana plants and 9 assault rifles and guns when they served a search warrant on the couple's home.

Rebecca Meador is a 5th grade teacher at Park Lane Elementary School. She was once named teacher of the year in Broken Arrow.

The school says Meador is currently on personal leave pending an investigation by the DAâ€™s office.
