It has been at least week since anyone has spotted a mountain lion near a Broken Arrow park.

The Ray Harel Nature Park was re-opened to the public Friday. Officials say since there has been no more sightings, they've replaced the "closed" signs with "warning signs."

A professional trapper was hired to catch the big cat, but so far the animal hasn't turned up.

Broken Arrow city officials say they will continue to monitor the park closely and encourage visitors not to bring small animals to the park.
