Jenks Public Schools has been named Tuesday as a recipient of the 2005 Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award.

Jenks Schools is one of six recipients nationwide of the nationâ€™s highest Presidential honor for quality and organizational performance excellence.

The award recipients will be presented with the award in a ceremony in Washington DC early next year.

Last year, Bama Companies in Tulsa was one of only 4 firms nationwide honored with the same quality award.
