A Bartlesville man who has been convicted 11 times for drunk driving has been arrested again on suspicion of DUI.
The man's 2 year old son was in the car at the time of his arrest. Bartlesville Police officers spotted 51 year old Jimmy Thomas driving left of center. They say when they pulled Thomas over he was stumbling around and slurring his speech.
Thomas faces a number of charges including DUI, child neglect and driving with a suspended license.
