A Tulsa teen convicted of murder is headed to state prison.
A Tulsa County District Court judge has ordered Mitchell Roberts sent back to prison. Roberts was originally sentenced to 10 years for killing Donald Green in 2002, but Mitchell was served only three years and was released for good behavior. However, he was only out eight months when Tulsa Police say they caught him breaking into a Tulsa school.
Because of that, the judge says Mitchell must now serve the remainder of his 10 year sentence.
Roberts is scheduled back in court Monday to face the school break-in charge.
