OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) -- An escaped killer from Oklahoma was arrested early Friday in Texas, according to a spokesman for the U.S. Marshals Service in Oklahoma City.

Aaron Joseph Olsen, 39, was arrested about 6 AM in College Station.

Olsen and another inmate escaped October 16 from Joseph Harp Correctional Center in Lexington.

Olsen had been serving a life sentence for the 1995 murder of 57-year-old Jebez McGowan.
