A Tulsa mother faces a second-degree manslaughter charge in the drowning death of her child.

Christie Ann Boyer is accused of leaving 10-month-old Onyia Boyer and a 2-year-old unsupervised in the bathtub. Investigators say she left them there while she drank a soft drink, smoked a cigarette and used her computer.

Emergency crews say the baby was in cardiac arrest when they arrived and later died.
