OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) Authorities say two escaped prisoners remain at large after escaping from a Lexington prison in the van of a woman they abducted from the facility's parking lot.
Department of Corrections spokesman Jerry Massie says the woman was released, apparently unharmed, in Oklahoma City about 8:00pm Sunday.
Massie says investigators believe Joseph Harp Correctional Center prisoners Aaron Olsen and Pharon Johnson are still in her vehicle, a 1999 green Dodge Caravan with the license plate number of 585-ZIZ.
He says Olsen and Johnson were noticed missing at a 6:00pm head count.
Olsen was serving a life sentence for first-degree murder out of Oklahoma County, while Johnson was serving 70 years for rape, robbery with a firearm and escape.
Olsen is a 39-year-old white male, 5' 10'' and is 140 pounds. He has brown hair and brown eyes.
Johnson is a 49-year-old American Indian male, 5' 9'' and is 175 pounds. He has brown hair and brown eyes.
