AFTON, Okla. (AP) -- The Oklahoma Highway Patrol has released the identity of a woman killed last week in a double-fatality accident near Afton.
The patrol says 28-year-old Nancy Porras-Encinas of Pueblo, Mexico, died Friday when the van she was riding in overturned and rolled down an embankment along the Will Rogers Turnpike.
An 8-year-old girl -- Gissella Lara -- also died in the crash.
The patrol says the van was traveling eastbound on the turnpike when its left rear tire blew out and the driver lost control and ran off the roadway. The van rolled down an embankment and rolled. Eight other people were injured in the crash.
