A Tulsa woman accused of posing as a Hurricane Katrina evacuee to get money and an apartment now faces fraud charges.

Two counts of obtaining money by false pretense have been filed against 30-year-old Misty Dawn Nelson.

Prosecutors say Nelson defrauded the American Red Cross, the Greater Heights Assembly of God and a Tulsa apartment complex.

Nelson's been in jail since her arrest last week.

Police say she admitted to receiving more than $1,500 from the Red Cross.
