OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) _ A family that owns an entire city block in Bricktown says they plan to sell the property at an auction in November.
The McLain family's property includes seven buildings totaling nearly 200-thousand square feet, more than 150 parking spaces and prominent spots including Bricktown Brewery, The Daiquiri Zone and Abuelo's restaurant.
The minimum bid is set at $8-million.
The property is owned by brothers Scott, Rich and Mike McLain.
Sperry Van Ness will handle the November 15th auction. Officials with the company say the property should attract both national and local bidders.
The property includes the former Bunte Candy Company factory built in 1929 and the Sherman Machine and Iron Works building built in 1899.
