For the second time in two days, PSO crews work to restore power in the Tulsa area.

Strong winds and heavy rains fell for the second straight night. Lightning and broken tree limbs caused about 6,400 customers to be without power across the metro area.

PSO crews are working to restore service, but there's no word on when everyone will have electricity restored.
