It hasn't rained very often in Tulsa, but the days it has rained, it has rained a lot.

Rainwater washed out the base of the road at 36th and Utica, causing it to cave in.

Tulsa city crews did the initial repairs Thursday.

They're expected to have the road fully repaired sometime Friday.
