Charges have been filed against a woman who prosecutors say ran instead of testifying in former Creek County judge Donald Thompson's indecency trial.

A Bristow judge charged Angela McClanahan with indirect contempt of court for failure to follow a court order. McClanahan was a key witness against Thompson.

Prosecutors say there were illicit photos of the two stored on Thompson's courtroom computer.

Bond is set at $2,500. McClanahan's next court appearance is in September.
