MEXICO CITY (AP) _ Oklahoma's Courtney Paris led the USA to victory with a 124-to-38 win over Mexico at the 2006 FIBA Americas U-20 Championship in Mexico City.

Paris was 7-of-9 from the field and 2-of-3 from the free throw line.

The Sooner center collected five rebounds, one assist, one block and one missed 3-pointer.
