Tulsa Police detectives believe they've solved a double homicide from February.

Jamie Bassett and Vashon Driver have been arrested.

Tulsa Police say the two robbed Billy Traylor and Natee'che Bell, shot them, and then set fire to their apartment to cover up the crime.
