LITTLE ROCK (AP) _ An Oklahoma school in Miami soon might have a new member from Arkansas in its conference.

Arkansas Baptist College President Fitz Hill said Tuesday that the Little Rock school will add a football team that will start playing in the 2007 season.

ABC will offer both two-year and four-year programs, but its athletic program will be tied in with the 2-year program.

ABC will join the National Junior College Athletic Association and the Buffaloes hope to compete in the Southwest Junior College Football Conference, which includes six Texas schools and Northeastern Oklahoma A&M among its current members.
