OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) -- Oklahoma state House Speaker Todd Hiett and state Senator Scott Pruitt will be in a runoff for the Republican nomination for lieutenant governor.
With all precincts reporting, Hiett had about 43 percent of the vote, while Pruitt had almost 34 percent.
Meanwhile, state House Minority Leader Jari Askins and Pete Regan of Afton advanced to a runoff from a field of four candidates for the Democratic nomination.
Askins had about 40 percent of the vote and Regan had about 29 percent.
