Oklahoma City team to represent state in women's football title game

OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) _ The Oklahoma City Lightning will be making an appearance in the championship game of the National Women's Football Association.

Iliana Calderon led the Lightning with 169 rushing yards and three touchdowns Saturday night to lead Oklahoma City to a 21-to-16 win over the Massachusetts Mutiny in the playoff semifinals at Taft Stadium.

The Lightning will play the DC Divas in the title game in Pittsburgh on August 5th.

Calderon is the leading rusher and scorer in the NWFA, a women's tackle football league.
