Extradition gets underway for a suspected California gang member who's in the Tulsa County jail.

18-year-old Gonzalo Munguia was arrested this weekend at a relative's home in Oologah. He was considered "armed and dangerous."

Authorities say Manguia intentionally ran over a teenager in what they call a gang-related killing.

Manguia is expected to be sent back to California to stand trial. He faces the death penalty.
