COLUMBUS, Ga. (AP) _ Oklahoma State sophomore golfer Pablo Martin is being honored as the winner of the 2006 Fred Haskins Award as the nation's outstanding collegiate golfer.

Finishing second in the voting by golf writers, coaches and collegiate golfers is OSU freshman Jonathan Moore.

Martin has already won this year's Jack Nicklaus Award, is the Big 12 player of the year and a first-team All-American for the second straight year after helping the Cowboys to the NCAA golf championship.

Martin is the seventh Cowboy to win the Haskins Award and the first since Hunter Mahan in 2003.
