MUSKOGEE, Okla. (AP) -- A Sulphur woman faces a federal indictment on charges she stole money from a smoke shop where she worked.
Darla Kay Smith is accused of embezzling about $60,000 from the Okemah Smoke Shop while working there in the summer of 2004. Smith is also known as Darla Kay Huddleston.
The grand jury that indicted Smith also indicted two Okmulgee residents in a separate case.
Lisa Dawn Checotah and Brian Arnold are accused of stealing more than $1,000 from the Okmulgee Bingo Hall while Checotah worked there as a floor manager.
