A Tulsa attorney accused of trying to alter the testimony of a witness has been cleared. Helen Orcutt said Clark Brewster contacted her the night before she took the stand in Donald Thompson's indecent exposure.

She says Brewster tried to persuade her to change her testimony. The state attorney general says evidence against Brewster didn't rise to a level warranting criminal charges.

Thompson was convicted. He'll be sentenced next month.
