McALESTER, Okla. (AP) -- A McAlester man is ordered to stand trial for first-degree murder in the shooting death of a man who was drinking at the suspect's home.
Prosecutors say Thomas Warden is accused of shooting Nathan Lime several times.
Two other men -- Shaun Billy and Michael Robichaud -- are charged with accessory after the fact.
The two men testified during Warden's preliminary hearing Thursday that they planned to help Warden dispose of the body.
