OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) -- Governor Brad Henry will join state and tribal leaders to announce a major stage production set to premier next month at the University of Science and Arts of Oklahoma in Chickasha.

"Te Ata" will tell the story of celebrated Oklahoma storyteller and actress Te Ata, whose performances around the world brought the world closer to Native American culture.

Joining Henry Wednesday will be Chickasaw Nation Governor Bill Anoatubby and Congressman Tom Cole.

Sponsors of the stage play, which is written by Oklahoma native Judy Lee Oliva, include the Chickasaw Nation and USAO.
