The final steps in resolving the case of a Tulsa man wrongfully imprisoned for 14-years.
Thursday evening, the Tulsa city council approved the first payment of a $12.25-million settlement to Arvin McGee, Junior.
McGee was released from prison in February of 2002, after DNA proved he was not guilty of a 1987 rape and kidnapping.
McGee gets half of the settlement now, the other half in a year.
