A Tulsa family is in mourning after a Fathers Day tragedy.

Tulsa Police say Bartolo Mirelez was pulling out of a grocery store parking lot when he was struck by an SUV near 1700 North Peoria. Mirelez's car flipped across the road, hitting an on-coming car.

He died at the scene.

The driver of the SUV, identified as 23-year-old Fredrick Godbee, left the scene.

He was later arrested.
