MUSKOGEE, Okla. (AP) -- A federal judge sent a former police chief and a former police officer to prison Tuesday after they pleaded guilty to drug charges.
Billy Sizemore, the former police chief in Sallisaw, was given a five-year term and Terry Don Sizemore, a former policeman there, was sent to prison for ten years.
Both pleaded guilty in February to charges of possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine.
