Homeless people living along the Arkansas River have just a few months to find a new place to live.
The city wants "tent city" torn down by the end of October. About 30 people live in this area along the river bank, west of downtown.
Tulsa city leaders say the growing number of homeless people living in that area is leading to problems with raw sewage, a lack of fresh water and increased trash.
