OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) -- Governor Brad Henry signs legislation Monday designed to crack down on people who use the Internet to prey on children.

The bill creates a special unit to investigate cases of online child predators and child pornographers. The measure also strengthens penalties against predators who solicit minors online.

The US Department of Justice estimates that one in every five teens is approached online by a sexual predator.
