Tulsa homicide detectives stay busy after a violent weekend. They are investigating two new cases, including the death of an elderly man.

The latest murder victim is an elderly man found in his home in the 500 Block South of 97th East Place. Around 10 PM Sunday, the man's son went to visit his dad. That's when he discovered his father, 81-year old Francisco Valenzuela, dead in a room.

Tulsa Police are very tight lipped about the investigation and don't want to say how the man died. But they are treating it as a homicide.

Officials say Valenzuela was last seen Saturday afternoon at a local bar.

Detectives are also busy looking into a double shooting that killed one man, and sent his brother to the hospital early Saturday morning. Now, Tulsa Police want to talk to 21-year old Joe Sanders Junior[pictured]. Officers believe he may know something about the shooting.

Investigators say two men shot brothers Javier and Jesus Carranza at the Village East apartments near 23rd and 116th East Avenue. Javier died at the scene. Jesus was taken to a Tulsa hospital in fair condition.

If you see Joe Sanders Junior, or have any information about the shootings, you're asked to call Crimestoppers at 596-COPS.
