OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) -- A state prison inmate has been indicted on a felony charge of making threats against President Bush.
A federal grand jury indicted Jeremy Vaughn Pinson.
He's accused of mailing a letter to the president in August while he was being held at a Lawton prison.
The indictment says the letter read "You will die soon!" and "Die Bush die."
Pinson faces up to five years in prison and a 250-thousand dollar fine if convicted. He's currently serving a three-year sentence at the State Penitentiary in McAlester for embezzlement.
