Teen dies in Muskogee County crash

EUFAULA, Okla. (AP) -- A 17-year-old Porum girl is dead after the pickup truck she was riding crashed in Muskogee County.

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol says Tracy Curry was killed in the accident on State Highway 71 near the Eufaula Dam about 10 PM Thursday.

Troopers say the pickup Curry was riding in ran off the highway, hit an embankment and rolled onto the passenger side of the truck. Curry wasn't wearing a seat belt and was thrown from the truck.

Driver Katie Mason is hospitalized in stable condition.
