The Tulsa School board had another interview Wednesday for the soon-to-be-vacant superintendent's job.
The third of four candidates was interviewed Wednesday.
Dr. Julia Earl is a superintendent from Nashua, New Hampshire, a district of about 13,000. She got the chance to explain why he thinks she's the best person for the job at a news conference Wednesday afternoon.
"My real love and passion is teaching and learning and addressing student achievement. I believe that's one of the main things I can bring, I believe I also have the skill of bringing community support and working with the community to partner in our schools."
One more candidate will be interviewed on Thursday. There may be another possible candidate announced this weekend.
Current superintendent Dr. David Sawyer retires at the end of June.
