NORMAN, Okla. (AP) _ The Oklahoma Highway Patrol Saturday released the names of the victims in a double-fatality crash in Norman.

The OHP says 36-year-old Dawna Spurgin and 53-year-old Barbara Spurgin -- both of Newalla -- were pronounced dead at the scene of yesterday's crash.

Dawna Spurgin was driving a 1981 Pontiac Trans Am westbound on State Highway 9 when the patrol says she lost control and spun into an eastbound pickup driven by Panelia King of Newalla.

King was listed in serious condition last night at Norman Regional Hospital. Two passengers in King's pickup were treated and released.
